Colors NV was established in Hamme (East Flanders) in 1987 as a subsidiary of Aralco Ventilation Technology. The mission of the company was to do the powder coating for the Aralco aluminium products.

However; the high quality of the Colors powder coating soon drew the attention of other players in the aluminium industry and so Colors started producing for third parties.

In the period 2001-2004 Colors was a part of the Aliplast Group, the number 5 in the world of the aluminium system producers . Promptly they invested in new premises, situated on the industrial area Zwaarveld in Hamme, where 3 new powder coating lines were built.

Thanks to a Management Buy-Out Colors NV has become an independent company again starting January 1 st of 2005.

Now Colors uses a vertical powder coating installation for profiles up to 8.1m, a horizontal powder coating line for aluminium sheets and small batches of profiles, and a highly productive miniline for accessories . All powder coating installations are Qualicoat certificated.

Medio 2007 we took over Service Construct in Temse. This company where we can fold metal sheets and weld aluminium was renamed Colors Construct.

As of January 2009 a 4^th line will be in use.

With 20 years of experience and 4 powder coating lines in modern premises, and the integration of Colors Construct. Colors is probably the most modern and independent aluminium-powder coating company of the Benelux and certainly a valuable partner for every aluminium processor and extrusion company.
