 Our infrastructure is up-to-date because we moved to a site on the industrial area Zwaarveld in Hamme in 2001. In a production facility of more than 8000m 2 we have 4 modern powder coating lines :
- A vertical line where we are able to process profiles up to a length of 8.1m
- Two horizontal lines for small series of profiles and sheets
- A miniline for small accessories
Besides the powder coating of aluminium according to the most severe Qualicoat standards we are also able to perform the powder coating on zamac. Our production is supported by modern software, so that your order can be followed up from the moment of input till delivery, with specially built-in checkpoints during the production cycle.
We work together intensively with most of the powder manufacturers and we strongly believe that we can also be at your service if you should need a special powder.
Colors offers you an interesting range of 21 Metallic Structure Powder Coatings. Furthermore this structure powder coating is scratch-resistant and easy to clean . No wonder these powders are in high demand.
